We design and build pergolas, front entrances, siding, timber frames, decks, fences, and more — tailored to fit your home and style.

Sawmill Service

Utilizing our portable sawmill, we are equipped to process logs and beams up to 21 feet in length and 36 inches in diameter. Services are available at our location or at your preferred site. Additionally, we offer precision milling for cedar shakes and lap siding using specialized jigs.

We are prepared to operate in a variety of settings—from agricultural properties to residential subdivisions. Allow us to convert your raw timber into high-quality, usable lumber tailored for your upcoming project.

Pricing:

  • Onsite milling (local): Starting at $1,200 per day (includes two operators)

  • Milling at our Newtonville facility: $90 per hour (includes two operators)

  • Blade usage fee: $40 per blade

5’ Chainsaw Mill

For larger projects we use our chainsaw mill to maximize cutting width. If you have large logs to turn into slabs or cookies, we can cut logs up to 5’ in diameter.

Pricing:

  • $1500/day for local onsite milling

  • $90/hour at our location in Newtonville.

  • $100 additional charge for hitting hardware.
